A fan event for the fantasy anime Overlord III will have some impressive swag for attendees on October 27. Besides the usual merchandise, staff will sell an expanded version of Dungeon of Nazarick, the retro-style Overlord game that debuted on the anime's official website in August.
The "Halloween no Tsudoi" fan event will sell the game on CD-Rom. The trial version, produced with RPG Maker MV, was previously available to download for free for both Windows and Mac PCs. In the game, players can control either Momon or Narberal, and aim to become adamantite-ranked adventurers.
Attendees can also purchase acrylic-plate artwork prints, t-shirts, business card cases, and can badges.
The Overlord III: Halloween no Tsudoi event will have two sessions; one at 2:30 p.m. and one at 5:30 p.m. Voice actors Satoshi Hino (Ains Ooal Gown), Yumi Hara (Albedo), Sumire Uesaka (Shalltear Bloodfallen), Emiri Katō (Aura Bella Fiora), Yumi Uchiyama (Mare Bello Fiore), Masayuki Katou (Demiurge), and Kenta Miyake (Cocytus) and theme song artist OxT will attend the event.
Overlord is also the source of the mobile game Overlord: Mass for the Dead set to launch this year. Overlord III premiered on July 10. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan and Funimation dubbed the anime simultaneously.
