posted on
Palisades Press Release annopunces new the limited edition Resin Mini Busts.

"Due to Dragon Ball Z's large popularity reaching such a wide demographic base, there has been a high demand for collector's pieces. Palisades limited edition resin mini busts should fit that bill perfectly." said Gen Fukunaga, President of FUNimation® Productions, Ltd.

Each resin mini bust will sit approximately 4 - 6 inches high and has been pre-painted with amazing detail. All the brilliant colors that have become a hallmark of the series are captured in each bust.

Additionally, each bust will be limited to no more than 3,500 pieces (except for Future Trunks, which will be set at 5,000) and all will be numbered individually. The die-cut window display box will allow easy viewing for each piece, while the box itself will contain a number matching that of the bust inside to ensure authenticity. The busts will be selling at an SRP of $45.00.

Future Trunks and Imperfect Cell lead off the series and are currently hitting shelves near you. Following these, others will follow at 4 - 6 week intervals. The initial lineup is as follows: Future Trunks, Imperfect Cell, Goku, Krillin, Perfect Cell, Andriod 18, Picollo and Vegeta.

Palisades is thrilled to be a part of the Dragon Ball Z community and has partnered with the following companies for this high-end limited edition endeavor: Georgia Music Distributors, exclusive distributor for the first two Dragon Ball Z mini resin-busts - Future Trunks and Imperfect Cell (www.gamus.com); Score, the Dragon Ball Z collectible card game manufacturer and Palisades' cross promotional partner (www.dragonballzcardgame.com); and FUNimation, Dragon Ball Z licensor and the ultimate online source for all Dragon Ball Z information and products (www.Dragonballz.com).

As well as through each of the above channels, fans can find the busts on the Palisades' web site (www.PalisadesToys.com), or in all comic, game and specialty retailers nationwide.
