Ghibli Museum Ticket Scalper Arrested

According to the Mainichi Daily News, Kazuko Shioda, a 33-year old housewife, has been arrested for scalping tickets to the Ghibli Museum. Only 2,400 visitors are admitted per day. Tickets cost 1,000 yen apiece (roughly $7.50 USD)
