Super Robot Spirits Goes Abroad in Hong Kong Concert

The ButterBoom website has a photo and video review of Hong Kong's Super Robots Spirits, the May 19 concert featuring over a dozen theme songs from robot anime, as sung by five of the original Japanese singers. The event was the second half of a concert double-billing under the name Anime Japan Fes in Hong Kong 2007. The first half, the May 18 Super Ani-Song Spirits concert, featured themes from non-robot series such as Captain Harlock and Dragon Ball Z. This concert series has run for a decade in Japan, but this past weekend's event was the first overseas version.
