Gonzo, Miku Designer Kei's Copihan Anime Now Streaming

posted on by Egan Loo
1st 6-minute episode of future school comedy on Nico Nico Douga

The Nico Nico Douga service began streaming the first six-minute episode of Gonzo's Copihan anime series at midnight on Friday in Japan (11:00 a.m. on Thursday EDT).

Copihan is a collaborative work between animation studio Gonzo and Hatsune Miku designer KEI. The school comedy is set in 2034 in Tokyo, where everything is encrypted and money is completely digital. It is one of three new projects Gonzo presented at the Machi Asoba event in May. KEI has also been drawing the manga series in Jive's Monthly Comic Rush magazine since last November.
