Tokyo, Japan — Following the success of their debut appearance on THE FIRST TAKE with “Mine or Yours” on May 2, which has surpassed 3.6 million views and ranked in YouTube's trending Top 10, Hikaru Utada now returns to the channel with a brand-new performance.

In this latest episode, Utada delivers a powerful rendition of their timeless hit “First Love,” the title track from Utada's record-breaking debut album, First Love, which remains the best-selling album in Japanese history. For this special performance, Utada is joined by producer and songwriter Kei Kawano, the creator of the original arrangement. The appearance marks the first-ever duo performance between Utada and Kawano, taking place 26 years after the song's original release.
