Journalist Wanted In India

Anime News Network is looking to hire experienced and paid intern Journalists immediately in the following locations: (updated 2020-02-17)

ANN is looking for a journalist to cover events and do interviews in India, as well as join our full-time team covering news from Japan and around the world.

• Must write English at a professional level;
• Bonus if you can read Japanese at N3 or better;
• Must have or be in the process of completing your journalism degree;
• 1 year or more of professional journalism experience accepted in lieu of degree;
• 3 - 6 month paid internship before being hired full time;
• Must be able to travel within India for events;
• Must be an anime fan and knowledgeable about the Indian anime community.

Please do not apply if you are not interested in accepting a fulltime position at the end of your internship. Internships with ANN may be eligible for college credit.
