How do I set my Anime or Manga lists to "Public"? I can find anything under my profile or preferences that allow it.

My ANN [tab] on the top right of page >> my anime
On the menu on your right click "Customize my categories", and "edit" whichever category you want visible to public. Tick last option on the bottom.
