anyone know if this title is any good? it sounds like a rip off of Fullmetal Alchemist.

It has the alchemy part in common with FMA, but the rest is diffrent and mediocre. It uses the unoriginal "boy meets powerful being who gives him powers to fight myterious evil" plot that every other shonen series since YYH has used, and does nothing special with it. The characters are cookie cutter molds of typical shonen heroes, and even the battles are dry in my opinion. I was expecting better from Watsuki, but from what I've read it does nothing to set itself apart from a slew of other shonen titles. My advice is to stick with FMA.
