That George W. Bush was made fun of in a manga. I don't remember if it was an actual manga or it was a fan made one. I'm not a Bush supporter but I figured since my dad is a Bush hater, he might like to see it.

There is a high probability that such a manga exists. Japan loves America and I have no problem imagening a mangaka jumping on the Bush-hating wagon when it (certainly detained) hit Japan. Truth be told, I also hate Bush, but this is not a forum to discuss it plus the topic got old a long time ago. So lets just leave our private political barting at the door.
Now, there are a few excellent manga that somehow "portray" Bush and his administration. For example, the whole weapons of mass destruction, Iraq and Bush acting like America is he world police Thing has been one of the central points of Pluto. Names have been changed but faces really stayed the same  Its a sorta inside political comment on the real life situation by the author (of Monster and 20th Century Boys).

It's possible he might have been made fun of in a manga type drawn article of a magazine just like Paris Hilton was. I think if Bush was actually in a manga, this site and it's staff would know about it.

Yeah, I read in the news a while ago about a mangaka drawing a short manga criticizing the white house's current administration. Didn't look into it further though.
