The worst anime I've ever seen is Venus 5 it's a hentai movie so it's bound to be bad but this takes the biscuit

Astro Boy??? C'mon now without Astro Boy Japanimation wouldn't be the same. Astro Boy is example of how the Japanese could [and still can] create a decent animated show without a huge budget.
Modern day anime owes a lot to Dr. Tezuka and therefore owes a lot to one of his finest creation Astro Boy. |

Someone who liked Matrix hated Big O....um....k.
Anyway, for me it'd have to be Dragon Ball GT. Candidate for Goddess comes in as a close runner up, though, as does Reign. |

I didn't enjoy Reign at all, but my leat favorite is definately CN edits of any DragonBall series.

Tekken the Movie. The plot was VERY cliched, and the characters were just killing, killing, revenge, and more killing.
