Article is a followup to the wrong article.

Actually, it isn't. Strangely the recent posts have stopped being BD follows up to BD and DVD follows up to DVD like they used to be.

How is date a live bad? With Dvd and blu ray combined it will be over 5 K in its first week and the volume should have no trouble crossing at least 6 K over its run. While not at the top end of harem shows like IS, the sales are still more than solid.

It's a sad, sad day when those two shows sell more than monogatari...
And DAL2 wasn't exactly good - it was okay but not really amazing or anything.

It is bad. When compared to the first season. Though after watching it, I sort of understand why it's performing weaker than the first. More or less as what happened with IS and IS2...

Good to see Is The Order A Rabbit? performing so well. Smile

But S1 had not so huge sales. It started with about 10k but dropped to 5k in the end. This time it didn't drop much after vol. 1

We're never going to get Mekakucity Actors consistently spelled correctly on ANN, are we? Oh well, with its sales slipping a little more with each volume, maybe it'll fall off future installments of this list anyways.

Going from a 10k average(s1) to a 5-6k average is a rather big drop for a sequel released one year after the original.

Have you read my post? S1 had 8k average not 10k. Yes, It's a drop. BUt there are a lot of cases with far more drop. Especially for this type of series.

Started with 10k but dropped on later volumes. Plain and clear. Do you know the meaning of word average?

Then, how were we supposed to guess it was 8k? With some basic math reasoning, but with so little info, the answer can easily be wrong.

I posted maximal and minimal number. It's enough. I was wrong a bit cause I checked salews per volume and it was from 9,6 to 7,3.

But still. How could it have 10k average if the maximal sales was a bit less than 10k? Use the logic, dude.

You can easilly find all the average numbers online(someanthing.net, dvdwiki etc..), so I don't get all thee confusion about not having information on the average.

My bad, I had a brain fart and confused it with another series. All I know is that V1 sold 9.9k but that the average went down to 8.3k

So if Love Live S2 follows the pattern of the first season, it can finish around 60-65k then.
