Natural; this year is going to be the last year when Naruto will stay significant in worldwide sales.
But it will be enough for it to become the sole leader in international sales (now it is a tie with Dragonball).

Not too surprised only 2 manga sold well enough to make the Top December List since Dec seemed a slow month what with 4+ week old manga volumes topping the weekly NY Times manga best-seller lists.

With the way Shippuden is going in keeping up with the manga, I'm thinking it will reach the final manga ch. towards the end of this year.
