Ok so everyone keeps making a fuss about Ichigo 100% so I took a gamble and checked it out and I totally loved it. I watched all 12(actually 24 but together) episodes in one night and the special the next. I don't know what's going on because they kinda made the special the OVA even though that's not what it says on ANN. The show also left me thinking too much, it didn't really have an ending. So is the special different from the OVA and will there be anything like maybe a movie to finishi it off in the future?

I'm not sure about this, but I think it's OVAs first and then the specials. In any case, they all relate to some part of the manga storyline and are continuous.
Unlikely, but more OVAs are certainly possible. If you really want more of the story, read the manga. If there is going to be more animated Ichigo 100% it releases so slow that it's probably not worth the wait. |

Eh, it's one of those open-ended endings that left it all inconclusive -- other than dumbass male central character will do his movie thing -- or whatever. As for which girl he ends up banging -- check the manga.

Are you asking who he picks in the manga? From what I hear spoiler[he doesn't pick either one.] I haven't actually read to the end though, and that's only based on something I recall reading a while back, so I could be wrong. |

First I have to say that if you watched the anime and liked it then you'll definitely love the manga, which happens to be x5 better and x5 longer. The anime is terrible because it only focused on Aya and never developed the other 4 girls (Nishino, Satsuki, Yui and Kozoe) and also it didn't even get halfway in the story.
If you wanna read the manga then I suggest that you read it from the beginning because there are a couple of changes in the story and it goes into a lot more detail in the manga. Because of the manga my best girl has to be Satsuki because she is so damn sexy  . I would say who he chooses in the end but that might be too much of a spoiler for some. If you really want to find out who he chooses then go to wikipedia.

The very last chapter take place a few years in the future, you get to see what everyone did with thier lives, and it ends with Manaka and Tsukasa meeting again to pick up from where they left when she went to France.] |
