Yeah I wondered that too, guess they deserved to be shocked. Wink

But anyway, I can understand why people would get tired of hearing Cruel Angel's Thesis. Oh nice to see Let it go being on the list.

I've sung most of those listed when I was in Japan. Maybe these karaoke joints should get a better selection of anisongs then if people don't want to hear these. Most places I visited didn't have a good selection; it was only in certain places in Tokyo where you would actually find something other than the popular (aka "worn out") ones.

I had a fun time enjoying Cruel Angel's Thesis when I was watching Neon Genesis Evangelion a couple years earlier. Smile However, I can understand why most people want the song gone from the karaoke list- hearing the same song too many times makes boredom much simpler to set in.

In the defense of the Fist haters, the '86 movie's songs are better than the ones in the show.

Let It Go is definitely the number one in my list. Everytime my group of friends go karaoke together and someone proposed to sing Let It Go, they shout a big NO!

I managed to go until this past Sunday without EVER hearing "Let it Go" (which is rather shocking when working in the emergency department where half the tv's are on some form of cartoon, and having spent two weeks in Japan this past fall). My run of good fortune came to an abrupt end as I was caught in a room during a procedure to stitch up a three-year old with a split lip. The Frozen Blu-Ray was locked and loaded...and just in time for five consecutive renditions of Let it Go, in at least four languages.

To be expected. If someone chooses to sing Song A for fifty times, and it doesn't matter how good or catchy Song A is, people are going to be fed-up with that.

I still love the cover done by the seiyuu that played Hinagiku Katsura on Hayate the Combat Butler. But I can see why they'd get sick of Cruel Angel Thesis.

Ai wa Torimodose is an awesome song. Never get sick of that song.

No surprise at all, Cruel Angel's Thesis is one of the most iconic anime songs of all time. I do wonder if all those people that voted the NGE OST as no.1 in the music poll are to blame for having Cruel Angel's Thesis karaoke on repeat.
