I'm curious to know how many anime folks out there are console gamers as well. I primarily want to see their preferred console of choice, the games played, and the anime watched. Let's see if there is a trend to be discovered.
As for myself, I own a Gamecube because most of the games offered were simple to pick up and yet the gameplay is surprisingly deep. Games currently being played: Mario Kart: DD, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Viewtiful Joe, Soul Calibur II The anime I currently am collecting are, Last Exile, Maison Ikkoku, and Banner of the Stars II. My favorite anime include: Escaflowne (TV, hated the movie), Cowboy Bebop (TV, hated the movie), Macross, Kare Kano, all the Ghiblis published in the States (haven't seen the others yet). I know this may be too much to ask, but PLEASE keep the flaming low. |

Umm, I'm mainly a PS2 gammer, and play mainly RPGs, and stuff like Silent Hill.
Anime I like... I like... shoujo, supernatural, and anything with a good story. If it's crappy just fighting with no story at all, count me out. Same with fanservice with no story. |

Devout XBox owner and anime fan. Current favourite games include Halo (of course), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Soul Calibur II, Freedom Fighters, Shenmue II, Dead or Alive 3, Jet Set Radio Future, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Metal Gear Solid: Substance, GunValkyrie, and I am eagerly awaiting the releases of Halo 2, Full Spectrum Warrior, DRIV3R, Tenchu: Return to Darkness, Shenmue III, and Jade Empire.
As for favourite anime...well...look up my name in the "My Anime" public lists and have a looksee at what I gave "Excellent" or "Masterpiece" ratings.

Same here. I'm a PS2 person because it's the only console I own.  I like GameCube, but I can't say anything about XBox because I've never played with it. I like fighting games (Soul Calibur II is currently my fav) and some first person shooters, like Halo. I love Guilty Gear X2 by the way!

pfft.  I want that game, but it's for Xbox. Xbox isn't to bad of a system but I'm not going to shell out that kind of cash. I have a PS2 and only play RPGs and Sports (well, most of the time).
I will watch just about anything as far as anime goes but my favorite storyteller right now it Rumiko Takahashi (I know she's repetitive) but I still love Inuyasha, Urusei Yatsura and the Ranma movies. ... ... ... I'm mostly a PS2 gamer, though I have a few games on Xbox... Here's what I'm playing recently...

I have a PS2, Gamecube, and a GBA, I mainly like RPGs and Fightings games. I am currently playing the Zelda Collection(Zelda 1 & 2 Nes, and OOT, and MM N64).
Anime I've seen just look it up in my anime section, I am currently watching Noir. |

I'm currently in an awkward moment, I just finished a game (Star Wars: Knights of the old republic) but haven't started another one
 I'm currently watching my brain leak out of my ears after watching Narutaru, Chobits, RahXephon and Kiddy Grade in about a week.... and yes I have a lot of free time on my hands lately.

I have a ps2 and XBOX and plan on picking up a Gamecube in the near future. I have mostly been playing on my ps2 recently trying to go through Xenogears and Xenosaga, and I also am working through Halo on Legendary Mode.

Me, I'm a Gamecube and PS1 owner (I SWEAR on my life, I WILL get a fricking PS2). I'm big on RPGs, but for some reason I got a cube, oh well, HA HA HA HA...*sigh*. Anyways, right now I'm playing Final Fantasy IX (That's 9 right? I can't remember Roman numerals for the life of me)...
...and the games I want to get in the near future are -The Zelda Collection disc (Zelda 1&2 Nes, and OOT, and MM for the N64), looks like I'm subscribing to Nintendo Power. -Zelda: The Wind Waker -Animal Crossing, and -Sonic Adventure 2: Battle (because everyone eles put it) Right now, I need the last disc in Excel Saga before I complete my collecting it, and I just got Akira last night. After I finish up Excel Saga, I plan on collecting either Last Exile, or Hellsing (maybe you all would be so kind as to give me some direction). |

I'm a PS2 person, mainly because of the many great racing titles they have for the system (which, no surprise, is what I play very often).
Currently, NFS Underground is what I've been playing, along with Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. I might pick up R: Racing Evolution, although so far the only review it got was not-so-hot. I still find myself picking up GT3 every once in awhile. I'm not much on action games or RPGs, but I put FFX-2 on my XMas list, well, because I could not think of anything else to get. It seems like an interesting game, tho. Now anime: That stuff sucks, I don't watch any of that crap  j/k
