If you're talking about DB Super, you'll be disappointed to learn the last episode (ANN didn't post the most recent ranking yet) got a 6.6. lol.

I find myself surprised seeing Thunderbirds Are Go on the list. Twice.

Although it seems like it has a prime timeslot, it still amazes me that Detective Conan garners such high ratings, always around/slightly below One Piece.

I guess the simple storyline, Edogawa Conan's appeal as an acceptable responsible anime icon and the sheer length the anime has been around appeals to viewers of all ages.

Those are actually poor ratings for Conan. It suffered a lot from Denpa Kyoushi being its lead-in during the past few months. With the new Kindaichi season starting and being a lead-in on par with DB Super it's back to its 9-10% level (9.8% for the latest episode) easily above One Piece.
