So help me, I've just started getting hooked on Crunchyroll's streams of Hi-sCool SeHa Girls, and at least know half the territory (haven't played/watched Neptunia yet)
You have to have been a Sega owner from '90-'00 to get the jokes (like why Saturn finds the Virtua Fighters attractive when nobody else does, or that Dreamcast can access the Internet but has to use a dial-up), but the right people get them. 
It's the Wreck-It Ralph of Japan.

The PS4 MegaDimension Nepuntia game doesn't look like this. This looks more like the ReBirth series on the vita. Which i got kinda bored with after the 1st game? RB 1 was excellent. But the 2nd was just the exact same gameplay but different characters. Hope this turns out more interesting.

You can't explore dungeons like this in Re;Birth.

You can't explore dungeons like this in Re;Birth. |
The dungeons look just like te rebirth dungeons. Except you can climb a random wall or swing on a wire here and there. This is rebirth 1 with climbing and swinging. The added handful of characters are all this series keeps adding. They are milking the same reused development kit over and over and over..
