I'm used to hearing anime VA's pop up in major roles in Tokusatsu, but this is definitely...different .
Hearing Sakurai's distinctive voice intermingled with all the live-action actors is almost kind of distracting.

^ haha I know what you mean. It's like suddenly there is this voice that is so obviously at a different level from the others.

Well, if there was ever a voice you could believe someone would fall in love with...
Just from the trailer though, it didn't sound right. I think the reason it's distracting is that rather than sounding like he's talking through a paper bag in the same room as the others, he sounds like he's talking openly into a mic in a different studio - the sound levels/acoustics don't quite match or something. It's just off, in a hard-to-pin-down way.
