Literally who cares how many countries it's opening in if you aren't saying which.

Oh good gracious! Andrew Partridge, I love you!
Oh. Oh well. I shall continue to await the disc release. |

I was hoping that this film would be at this year's NYICFF but I guess someone else will screen it this year. All these good films came out last summer and we still have to wait.

If you live in London then there will definitely be screenings nearby. The movie is all over the country, but a hell of a lot of the screenings are in London. Here's the site to find locations taken from Anime Limited's Facebook page: http://asilentvoice.co.uk/ |

That is certainly true, hickey92, but I would rather avoid a public viewing for such a special film as this.
Any distraction from a fellow cinema attendee could dampen the experience, not to mention the fact that I may—just may—be brought to a lachrymose state by the end. (I wouldn't wish to fail at keeping up appearances, you know. Stiff upper-lip and whatnot...) |

This trailer looks great, hopefully the movie doesn't disappoint.

At this point, I've given up already. It's a shame that for some reason, they just didn't screen elsewhere. And now that they've decided to do so, it's way too late. I think last year was a good time following the success of Kimi no Na wa. There's interests going on.
If they're going to show this near or after JP BD release, then I wish them even more luck with their international screenings. |
