Isn't too big of a deal but 'Luffy's battle with Sanji, the climax of the Whole Cake Island Arc.' Is that a mistake or is the anime considering this the end of the arc and calling the continuation of it something else? Manga reader here.

Climax, just means high point. Normally is also the end because the end is normally a high point.
