It is on Steam, though! But from my experience, Koei-Tecmo games on Steam tend to be... not particularly well optimized.

So it’s like White Knight Chronicle in that the story has nothing to do with the CAC, who just stays in frame awkwardly, and completely silent?

Uhm........

Anyway, sounds like a cool game. I’m not the biggest Titan fan (at a certain point the manga just started to bore me to tears with all the excessively verbose political exposition) but I think I may get this sometime, if only because Titan Combat seems really promising. But the question is, assuming the PC port is garbage, PS4 or Switch?
