Does Kadokawa have other studios? I've never heard of them.

Really? They are a massive publisher and even owned an American division for a short period of time. They released FMP:The Second Raid here when it first came out.

Well, they were a great producer and publisher I already knew. But I'd never heard of them having an animation studio. This should be the first. The way the post-author wrote left it half subtended.
Well, good luck to them. She is a great producer with many successes in the curriculum.

I'm curious in what this would mean to the other studios.
Kadokawa is one of the biggest investors in Late Night anime series so it can promote their Light Novels (Kadokawa Corporation own most of Light Novels publishers in Japan). If they start to make all their adaptations in this studio, others will have less work.
Well, they publish so many LN's that it would be impossible to make all adaptations in only one studio.
