It's nice that 17 is going to be apart of the roster instead of being simple a extension of 18. I am sure those who wanted him to be a part of the roster from the get go are happy for this. Also, 17 has a sick finisher.

Said Meteor Attack, called Chō Den'atsu Bakuretsuzan ("Super Electric Pressure Explosion Cut"), has only been featured in video games and was first introduced in Xenoverse. It's a technique that never appeared in the anime or manga. However, so was the Final Kamehameha until Dragon Ball Super.
