So the exact same in Yen but more in Dollars because of a stronger exchange rate.

Resurrection F failed to hit the ¥4 billion just as this will probably fail to surpass the ¥5 billion but the figure is high enough that it probably surpass Resurrection F's gross and make over ¥4 billion anyway.[/list]

Good to see the Dragon Ball movie doing so well. Nothing defines my elementary school years more than watching DBZ every weekday after school, despite our parents not understanding the violence. It's just one of those franchises that will last forever (i.e. Star Wars, Star Trek, Pokémon, etc.)

As for Yo-kai Watch: Forever Friends, seeing it open at #4 is just a shame. The first few Yo-kai movies opened at #1 if I remember correctly. That shows how much Yo-kai Watch's popularity has died down in Japan.

Having seen the movie already I can say it was pretty good. Not perfect but good overall. A lot of people say its best DB movie ever and Im inclined to agree. I can see it hitting the 5 billion yen mark.

Probably won't be able to see Broly in theater, but I hope it comes out on bluray soon.

I am very conflicted over this movie. On one hand, Broly is back and Gogeta is back. On the other, Vegito would have been infinitely better opponent for Broly but they nerffed him in the crappy Super anime series.

The ideal movie would have been one where they de-retcon potara fusion to be permanent again in order to give them the most epic planet destructing battle in the history of the franchise.
