Good to know I can freely say that Vic Mignogna is a sexual predator. Though I've been saying it this whole time, soooo...

This was a pretty easy case to dismiss, though. In order to prove defamation, there had to be a preponderance of evidence that Rial, et al, knowingly lied about Mignogna, and all the plaintiff had in his corner were conspiracy theories and naughty outtakes. It was pathetic.

Congratulations Monica Rial, Ron Toye, Jamie Marchi, and Funimation.

Such happy news but now we wait for the VicStans to spin it as a "win" for Vic.

I've already seen a couple people say "it's a good thing all the charges got dismissed at once because that means he can appeal sooner!"

Poe's Law is in full effect at this point so who knows who's being genuine.

His base has already whipped themselves into a frenzy about how he's for sure going to appeal it and win there. Gotta constantly move those goalposts.

I'm just glad that everyone will now have to accept this comprehensive dunking and not shit up the internet with baseless conspiracy theories and harassment campaigns anymore

Vic is going to be sanctioned in an amount that in theory should discourage him from further harassing the defendants.

That GFM account will be pivotal in determining how much Vic will be fined. I'm expecting at least that 250k amount PLUS the attorney fees.

I'm absolutely shocked. How could he lose with such a brilliant attorney by his side?

I look forward to never having to hear about Nick Rekieta and Vic Mignonga again.

And hopefully Vic stops being a creep but without the mediation succeeding, he can still have to pay out and continue to "encourage fans to speak positively against those 'rumors'"
