Will it stream all 23 episodes? Or just the first 12?

don't sleep on this series. I've watched the first 14 eps and it's one of the best looking shows I've seen in a while! Along with some great characters and con artist hijinks.

Should be full series at that point unless Netflix is crazier than I thought

This crap is still insane. Most people I know stopped caring already or used VPN and such to watch it. There's no logical reason for not giving subs globally. The hype dies the more time they wait

I don't think the anime finishes in Japan until December, so my bet is on half the season, or 14 episodes give or take.

Likely the reason the episodes take so long to drop is because Netflix is also doing subtitles and dubs for about a dozen different languages to drop at once.

8 or 9 dubs to be exact but yeah, that's a valid reason. It's only simultaneous if it's produced by Netflix itself to drop the episodes in a simultaneous worldwide release.

While it might be a reason, it's also just an excuse.
There's nothing stopping them from releasing it subbed first and going back once the dubs are complete and labeling it as now with Native Audio or Now Dubbed etc.

I mean, subs and dubs coming together is something of their policies when it comes such releases, mainly for dubbing fans overseas, so it's a reason and that's that.

Yeah and it's a dumb policy that they can literally change whenever and have released shows without following said policy before. In other words it's an excuse.
