As I remember, Inoue isn't the artist of manga though - he's a story writer, while Yoshioka is the artist. That's kinda mix-up, though it is actually a right cause of the hiatus.

People in this business is know for having recurrent back pain once they start asking for a hiatus. Since its usally fairly serious by then. Point being, a seemingly short break might turn into Hunter x Hunter, Terra Formars, Berserk etc.

Not an opinion, its facts. Once back pain starts due to over working, it's prone to be recurrent. It's sad but the manga business has ruined a lot of backs.

Young people too. Spend 16 hours a day on computer, your back will also hurt 
I spent forty years with Kyodo. My back was bad after only ten years. You should see what bad back is like by 70. It not good
