Heres my list of craps i wish i never had seen:
Ninja Ressurection - Lame ass Ninja Scroll wannabe
Real Bout High School - Heard manga was good but this isn't
Tekken - Cheesy like DBZ
Tokyo Vice - Stick with AD police
Sailor Victory - Sailor Moon with alot of fan serivice non hentai
I've seen alot of bad anime but these are the ones that should never be watched. The other ones I've seen were more because of my own taste, these ones just bring shame to anime.

Sounds like this thread's gonna end up being very similiar to the Bad Animethread, but what the hell!?
Agree with Ninja Resurrection and Tekken.
A few more I regret watching are Power Stone and Battle Arena Toshiden. Two more anime I regret watching and for a short time almost enjoying are Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. Luckily I never got into Digimon. I also regret buying Biohunter.

Well, there aren't really any anime I regret watching, as you even gain a thing or two from the bad ones (even if it's nothing more than the ability to say "Yeah, I saw it, and it sucked ass!" ). However, there are some anime that I regret having not yet watched, though I plan to sooner or later: Naruto, Card Captor Sakura, Utena, etc.

Not yet watching is a whole different story. I regret not watching FLCL when it was aired on Cartoon Network. I also regret passing a few oppurtunities to watch movies on the big screen at anime conventions...Most recent at Big Apple Anime Fest 2003 I missed Tokyo Godfathers and A Tree of Palme .

I watched because it sounds like an important anime, sort of a classic I thought.
Devil Hunter Yohko, it was not what I expected, it was much worse.

Fist of the North Star. Baoh. Should have just saved my money and bought smack instead. At least it would have given me a rise for my investment....

What's with all the "worst/best/starting" anime threads? Sigh.

I bought the first two mangas of Love Hina.
I don't even know why I bought it. I think I'll get rid of it soon.

The Utena movie. Didn't make any sense, and I understood a good part of the Eva movies.

I usually do not regret any of my purchases. These two were the only exception.
Giant Robo
I bought the 1st VHS tape and thought "Wow! This is sooo cool!" Why do I regret this, you ask? It was during this time when decent DVD players are priced to meet my budget, and I finally bought one. I decided that the visuals in Giant Robo would be served better on DVD, so I did not buy any subsequent VHS volumes. I patiently waited for the DVD...and waited...aaaand waited some more. By then the VHS volumes were off the shelves, and I am stuck wanting more Giant Robo like an addict who was cut off. Kind of pathetic, actually.
Gatchaman 94
I bought the 1st VHS tape and thought "Wow! This is sooo cool!" The first tape pretty much a re-telling of the old Turtle King episode, but I was impressed. Not wanting another Giant Robo incident, I picked up the DVD for it as soon as it came out. Unfortunately, the last two episodes did not match the first in coolness, and the DVD was made poorly.

I remember renting the Reign series at Hollywood Video...it was so bad, I think Alexander the Great was turning in his grave...
