It's really so sad, his character designs were always so full of personality. I know some might have found them silly but they had a real charm to them. 49 is far too young

I always loved the character designs in those shows. May his soul rest in piece, and all the best for his family.

This really hurts. Mr. Wyatt was involved in so many of my favorite cartoons growing up and had such strong design sense and ties to the fandom.
He injected a lot of anime design sense and shout outs while still having his own distinctive style. RIP Mr. Wyatt. Thank you for all you have contributed as an artist and as a creator. |

I loved his character designs. Transformers Animated was my introduction to Transformers as a kid and Animated along with Teen Titans are two of my favorite shows from my childhood.
Rest In Peace Derrick J. Wyatt, you will be missed. |
