The award itself (which can be seen here at ~4 min if it doesn't cue up) missed a big thematic opportunity. Instead of a mounted embossed silver rectangle, it should have been denim with decorative stitching. But I guess all their Best Jeanist awards look like that.

This made my day though, it's just so wonderfully, um, quirky. Very Happy
