To be honest, the scouter from Dragonball doesn't look stupid when you have Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon having a similar item like a scouter, and I can see a lot of military application for those if you want to create a better soldier/infantry and better information relay between soldier and other non-infantry units/teams. |
