Ah, I know muse! I used to abuse my vpn to watch their uploads of pui pui molcar when it was airing and also they forgot to region block episode 3 of "so I'm a spider so what" for a bit lol

Their dub of kuromi's pretty journey was good performance-wise from what I've heard (through somebody's bilibili upload of it since i don't have a taiwanese vpn) but I don't speak the language so i can't tell how good the translation is. Good luck to everyone involved!

Used to watch anime dubbed in Mandarin with Chinese subtitles on the Star Phoenix cable TV channel. My Chinese language skills improved immensely during that period. Maison Ikkoku and Kimagure Orange Road were the highlights. Good acting but the VAs were all anonymous (no on-screen credits for the localization). I'm guessing the dubs were done in Taiwan as it seems unlikely mainland China would do it then.

They switched to digital animation in 2013.
