Man, they're really milking that series for all it's worth. It's actually taken more of an unfortunate turn in my opinion.

I like tha series, movies/specials, and OVA's but yah any more would probably just turn out bad...you can have to much of a *good thing*.

I'll personally make sure that NOTHING Ken Akamatsu creates is ever animated ever again.
I can't go into specifics, but it involves ostriches. 
But, in all seriousness, didn't the story end after the last OAV? I mean, seriously, the manga had a pretty definite end spoiler[what with Naru and Keitaro getting married and all] so one would think they've covered that sometime in the space of 25 episodes, a few movies, and an OAV. If not, somebody in marketing needs to be dragged out in the street and bludgeoned to death with his own briefcase. |

I don't think they could really go anywhere judging by how the whole thing ended in Again. It would just seem odd to have it jump from one part to a totally brand new installment. But of course I haven't read the manga, so I wouldn't really know...
However, if they make something else for this franchise, I'd better see the Jinchuu arc!

Well, I'll say this much for "Again", at least it's artstyle was infinitely better than the TV series and other OVA work. Other than that, it was kind of a steaming pile of...
Well, you get the idea. "Again" might have had its place, had everything leading up to and including "Again" followed the original manga... but as it is, it just falls short because of how they handled it. |

Maybe if they could make something as good as the Christmas movie, another ova or movie would be ok. But now that Keitaro and Naru are definately together, another ova or movie would just be full of the bad comedy, and over-the-top fanservice. The series should have been done at the Christmas movie, and anything more would be even more overkill than Again.

Yeah, I gotta agree with that...I recently watched that...I watched it first in Japanese, and it was bad, then I watched it in English, and it got worst...no one should be 100 ft. from any copy of "Again"...
