Hiroshi Ito (糸 博) may be any number of persons, most of them with the surname ITOU unlike the current entry holder who is an ITO:

The credits of Hiroshi ITO (糸 博):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
糸 博 = いと ひろし = ITO Hiroshi (1933-03-15, Wikipedia, website at 81produce, Allcinema with 14 credits)
糸 博 (1984) Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs (TV) as Rivel (no source; better: his Wikipedia page)

糸 博 (1994) Montana Jones (TV) as Professor Gilt (http://www.usagi.org/doi-bin/getdbinfo.pl?DB=anime&T=Montana+Jones, no kanji; better: his Wikipedia page)
糸 博 (1994) Blue Seed (TV) as Congressman Miyahara (tcp.com/~doi, HTTP-404; better: Playtown)
糸 博 (1995) Street Fighter II V (TV) as Ortega (source: "end credits"; better: his Wikipedia page)
糸 博 (1996) Case Closed (TV) as Kaneshiro (tcp.com/~doi, HTTP-404; better: his Wikipedia page)
糸 博 (1997) Ehrgeiz (TV) as General (no source; better: his Wikipedia page)
糸 博 (1998) Trigun (TV) as Doctor (IMDB, unusable; better: Marumegane)

糸 博 (2002) Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (TV) as Litton ("no source"; better: D2_STATION crediting an unnamed role)
糸 博 (2003) Zoids: Fuzors (TV) as Haldo (hatena seiyuuDB)
糸 博 (2004) Monster (TV) as Gehrmann (http://homepage3.nifty.com/maple_funya/fu/monster.htm)

糸 博 (2006) D.Gray-man (TV) as Georg (source: "from ep 19 credits"; better: D2_STATION)
糸 博 (2007) Naruto Shippūden (TV) as Danzou Shimura (source: his Wikipedia page)
糸 博 (2009) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) as Gardner (source: "episode 43 credits"; better: his Wikipedia page)
(keep) This is the current owner of this entry. Note that his name really is ITO (糸 = いと), not ITOU (伊藤 = いとう); as such he might not even need a disambiguation string as all others from here on downwards are ITOUs.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 寛志 = ITOU Hiroshi/Hiroyuki? (photographer)
(2 EDICT readings, "Hiroshi" and "Hiroyuki"; ANN has only one 寛志 person which is "Hiroshi", a seiyuu with his own website)
伊藤 寛志 (1986) Dragon Ball Movie 1: Curse of the Blood Rubies : Photography (JMDB but kanzentai.com gives credit to the 伊藤 寛 below like for the other Dragon Ball movies)
(same as next one) Given the type of his credit object this person might well a duplicate of the next one:
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
伊藤 寛 = いとう ひろし = ITOU Hiroshi (photographer) (Allcinema with hiragana and 12 photographer credits from 1984-2009)
(9 EDICT readings; ANN has lots of "寛" persons most of which are "Hiroshi" with a small number of "Kan")
伊藤 寛 (1987) Dragon Ball Movie 2: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle : Photography (JMDB)
伊藤 寛 (1988) Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure : Photography (JMDB)
伊藤 寛 (1988) My Neighbor Totoro (movie) : Photography (nausicaa.net, unusable; better: JMDB)
伊藤 寛 (1989) Dragon Ball Z (TV) : Photography (livedoor wiki)
伊藤 寛 (1989) Dragon Ball Z Movie 1: The Deadzone : Photography (source: "Deadzone end credits"; better: livedoor wiki)
伊藤 寛 (1990) Dragon Ball Z Movie 2: The World's Strongest : Photography (source: "World's Strongest end credits"; better: kanzentai.com although they romanized the name to "Itou Kan")
伊藤 寛 (1990) Dragon Ball Z Movie 3: The Tree of Might : Photography (source: "Tree of Might end credits"; better: kanzentai.com although they romanized the name to "Itou Kan")
伊藤 寛 (1991) Only Yesterday (movie) : Photography (ghibli-freak.net)
伊藤 寛 (1991) Ranma ½: Big Trouble in Nekonron, China (movie) : Photography (http://mvm-films.com/zones/ranma.htm, HTTP-404; better: JMDB)
伊藤 寛 (1999) Super Doll Licca-chan: Licca-chan Zettai Zetsumei! Doll Knights no Kiseki (movie) : Photography (Studio Cosmos) (shirayuki, whitespace-separated)
(split) This person looks like a safe bet for a split, with all credits being kanji-verified.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 裕 (1) = いとう・ひろし = ITOU Hiroshi (editor) (Allcinema with hiragana and credits from 1995-99)
(11 EDICT readings; ANN has lots of "裕" persons most of which are "Yu[u]")
伊藤 裕 (1995) Elf Princess Rane (OAV) : Editing (source: "Credits"; better: Allcinema)
伊藤 裕 (1998) Queen Emeraldas (OAV) : Editing Assistant (Jay Film) (livedoor wiki)
伊藤 裕 (1998) Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight (TV) : Editing (infoseek, whitespace-separated)
_______ (1998) Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 (TV) : Editing ("no source", no Google hit, not in Allcinema)
(optimistic split) This one looks less "safe", we would have to rely on Allcinema for the reading of the given name.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 裕 (2) = probably ITOU Yuu (photography) (same kanji as the previous one but different task)
(11 EDICT readings; ANN has lots of "裕" persons most of which are "Yu[u]")
伊藤 裕 (2003) Detective Conan: Crossroad in the Ancient Capital (movie) : Photography (Studio Cosmos) (http://www.koware.net/data_room/movie_data/movie_07_b.htm)
(unclear) ANN already has a person named Yu Ito (伊藤 悠) with credits for in-betweening, editing, background art and photographing... sigh.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 広治 = ITOU Hiroshi/Kouji? (animator, anime torotoro) (Allcinema with no hiragana and "animation" as well as"photography" credits...)
(4 EDICT readings: "Kouji", "Hiroshi", "Hiroji", "Hiroharu"; ANN has no "広治" person yet)
伊藤 広治 (1997) Vampire Princess Miyu (TV) : Key Animation (shirayuki)
(unclear) 11 hits in livedoor wiki, 4 Wikipedia hits including "animation director", one linking him to Anime Torotoro. No clue about the given name. ANN does have a Koji ITO (伊藤 浩二, Allcinema) already who has credits for script, in-betweening, animation director... probably a split case himself.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 浩 = ITOU Hiroshi (animator)
(11 EDICT readings; ANN has ca. 20 "浩" persons all of which are "Hiroshi" except for two "Hiro")
_______ (1996) Can Can Bunny (OAV) : Animation (source: "episode 1"; no source found)
_______ (2000) Endless Serenade (OAV) : Original Picture (source: "Credits"; hentai, no good source found)
伊藤 浩 (2000) Love Hina (TV) : Key Animation (D2_STATION)
伊藤 浩 (2000) Love Hina X'mas Special - Silent Eve : Key Animation (D2_STATION)
伊藤 浩 (2001) Love Hina Spring Special - I wish Your Dream : Key Animation (D2_STATION)
_______ (2001) Sex Ward (OAV) : Original Picture (source: "DVD credits"; hentai with vague kanji title, no good source found)
伊藤 浩 (2002) Love Hina Again (OAV) : Key Animation (D2_STATION)
伊藤 浩 (2003) R.O.D -The TV- : Key Animation (source: "credits"; better: livedoor wiki)
伊藤 浩 (2005) Honey and Clover (TV) : Key Animation (source: "http://www.hachikuro.net/", unusable; better: D2_STATION)
_______ (2005) Immortal Grand Prix (TV 2) : Key Animation (ep 4,8,12) (source: "Japanese TV ending credits"; D2_STATION has only episode 1-3, livedoor wiki has no low-level credits beyond episode 3...)
_______ (2005) Chibo (OAV) : Key Animation (source: "English Credits"; hentai, no good source found)
_______ (2006) Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society (movie) : Key Animation (source: "Ending credits"; no usable source found)
(optimistic split) This one looks like a separate person with a rather likely given name. 49 hits for (potential prefix) "伊藤浩" in livedoor wiki alone, so there might be more credits for him. It's a bit unfortunate that none of the many hentai titles are verified so far.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 賢治 = ITOU Kenji (background artist 1)
(2 EDICT readings, "Kenji" and "Takaharu"; ANN has 14 "賢治" persons all of which are "Kenji")
伊藤 賢治 (2007) Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (TV) : Background Art (Kusanagi) (source: D2_STATION)
(unclear) Not a single hit in livedoor wiki makes this person appear suspicious. The Wikipedia entry for 伊藤 賢治 = ITOU Kenji belongs to a pianist/game music composer.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
伊藤 弘 ITOU Hiroshi/Hiromu? (background artist 2)
(12 EDICT readings; ANN has 17 "弘" persons of which 12 are "Hiroshi" but 4 are "Hiromu" and one is "Hiro")
_______ (2006) Ghost Slayers Ayashi (TV) : Background Art (source: http://www.ayakashiayashi.com/, unusable; no source found)
_______ (2006) Fullmetal Alchemist: Chibi Party (OAV) : Background Art ("Ending Credits Translated"; no source found)
伊藤 弘 (2008) Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Second Season (TV) : Background Art (Kusanagi) (source: D2_STATION)
(unclear) Only one of these three credits is backed up by kanji source; the other two might as well belong to the previous person. The string "伊藤弘" has 35 hits in livedoor wiki (some but not all of them as prefix of a two-kanji given name) but the given name of this person is not really guaranteed.

Plus the credits of Hiroshi ITOH (伊藤 浩資):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
伊藤 浩資 = いとう ひろし = ITOU Hiroshi (seiyuu) (1975-03-16, Wikipedia, former member of 81produce as confirmed by Chinese Wikipedia and English Wikipedia)
伊藤 浩資 (2001) Parappa the Rapper (TV) as Student Announcer (http://www.production-ig.co.jp/anime/parappa/index.html, HTTP-404; better: http://www.production-ig.co.jp/contents/works_sp/0830_/s02_/000682.html)
伊藤 浩資 (2006) Yomigaeru Sora - RESCUE WINGS - (TV) as Friend (D2_STATION)
(keep) This is a different, younger seiyuu (with the name of ITOU, not ITO) who just happens to have crossed the path of the older one at 81produce. He can keep this entry (after possibly renaming it). His Wikipedia page lists 15 anime credits (one of them even D.Gray-Man where ITO Hiroshi voice-acted as well) but livedoor wiki has 0 hits for "伊藤浩資".
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
_______ (2006) Naruto the Movie: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom : Background Art (Kusanagi) (source: "don't know."; no usable source found)
(no idea) Both "Hiroshi Ito" background artists (see above) were active in the 2006-2008 range as well but that's about as much as I can say about this one.

split as:
photography (伊藤 寛志 / 伊藤 寛 / 伊藤 裕)
animator (伊藤 広治 / 伊藤 浩)
background artist (伊藤 賢治 / 伊藤 弘)
editor (伊藤 裕)

And I've changed the name to Hiroshi Itō except for the seiyuu, so that if someone tries to enter "Hiroshi Ito" they will still have to choose between one of the 5 possibilities.

In order to further split the credits I would need a bit more certainty (there were a lot of (unclear) markers above) and a way to distinguish the precisions (background artist 1 vs background artist 2 doesn't cut it)

That's why I only requested a "partial split" (for the persons that I was "clear" about). If that isn't feasible then just ignore the thread for the time being.
