Note that she has a kanji duplicate under the name of Megumi INOUE (with D2_STATION source) for one minor seiyuu role but no staff credits in that anime, which indicates that this Megumi INOUE is probably another different person.

The Ultra Maniac credit looks a bit odd but Google has 0 hits for "ウルトラマニアック" and "井上笑美" (see next person). Shin-Chan has 692+ TV episodes ongoing which may explain the apparent time gap (her activity could have been in 2009 as well); so Ultra Maniac might actually be her oldest credit at ANN. Is a switch from colorist to photographer a likely career path?

(optimistic split) Another person but the weak indication for the given name may be a problem. Then again, no person with the other three possible given names exists at ANN (no Sho[u]mi, no Warabi, lots of Fumi but no Fumi INO[U]E) so the three contributors agreed about "Emi" being her name despite this entry having the wrong kanji. According to this Geocities site she appears to work for OLM Digital.
