This person has his own Twitter feed, and his name is spelled out in katakana as "HIGASHIJI, Kazuki".

He can't be renamed to Higashiji because an entry for Kazuki Higashiji already exists and some of his credits are there. I purged the credits from Tochi and added them to Higashiji. After the Yuu Yamashita situation, I'm kind of wary about Twitter handles. Since it's not just his URL handle, but also his actual full name with furigana in parentheses, that's pretty solid proof, though.
