Has anyone else read Tsutomu Nihei's new manga "Biomega"? I was never the biggest BLAME! fan (I like it and all, but there is alot of stuff in Afternoon that's alot better), but this shows alot of promise from what I've seen. It's basically BLAME! mixed with Resident Evil. A Killy lookalike has been sent to contain some type of virus outbreak that is warping people into horrible zombie-like creatures. Unlike BLAME!, there seems to be a strong cental conflict that is established early on (one of my biggest qualms with BLAME!). The art has also improved, and the characters look great (the zombies are particuarly horrifying). The storytelling if far clearer this time around. I'm really looking forward to this one in the future.
