This will probably be awesome and everything, but originally I thought it'd surround the build-up to and inclusion of the massacre. I would have preferred that.

It might still be. A couple things in the trailer make me think this movie might chronologically skip around, like some parts will be in the past and some parts will be the present.

Really disappointed that Gon/Killua are seemingly heavily involved in this. Considering just how much of those two we will see over the next two huuuuge arcs after Yorkshin (assuming the anime adaptation goes that far) and by comparison how very little we get of Kurapica and Leorio, I was hoping this movie would focus almost entirely on Kurapica and the Genei Ryodan.

Does this "original story" has anything to do with manga's author?
Or it is just producers messing up, hiring random screenwriters to come up with that "original story"? |
