Well, all kinds of things. Maybe the translation is delayed, maybe it simply hasn't been shipped yet...

Is this really such a problem you had to go out of your way to make a thread for? A lot of times it's darn near impossible to find a specific manga title that isn't called Naruto at a bookstore. That's why you can back-order books at Borders.

I just bought Vol. 2 today at Borders
they had barely got them in like yesterday.
