Thought this might be a good topic idea : p I've stumbled across some bizarre errors in the past.
Paradise Kiss Manga (old print) has a random page of Initial D with the Paradise Kiss text.

I once got a Cardcaptor Sakura manga that was volume 4 but had scenes from the later volumes. Good thing I had already read the spoilers on Wikipedia or the whole series would have been ruined for me.

Yeah Just the other day I bought the 4th volume of 20th Century boys and somewhere in pg 28-39 the pages start to repeat over like three times and then continues on to the story. I'm a little annoyed by it but I'll probably go back to the book store to get a better copy.
I wonder if this kinda stuff happens often.

My errors are nothing as amazing or funny as your Paradise Kiss error. One of the funniest errors is one of my Monochrome Factor manga has about 4 pt. font for three pages. I don't even know how that is possible, but it's there. I just stopped buying the manga. The translations weren't good and neither was the manga.

I have a copy of Nui! volume 1 with misprinted pages and a missing ending.
My copy of Gestalt volume 2 is printed upside down. It's completely readable, though, so I'm keeping it. It just looks silly to anyone observing me read.
