Yukiko Ishihashi is a misreading of Yukiko Ishibashi. The latter had many more credits already, and "Ishibashi" is overwhelmingly the most common reading for this surname. I have found an official magazine artwork credit that romanizes her name as "Yukiko Ishibashi" as well.
I have purged and added the credits to Ishibashi, but the news article needs to be edited since it will now lead to a blank entry. |
