Air = I don't get it

I don't quite get Air's story plot.I get the part where the past interects with the present but the scene where spoiler[ the guy turns into a crow,] how does that help?????

First, please "get" how to use spoiler tags.

Next, realize that spoiler[all the scenes where Yukito-reincarnate-as-crow appear have already been shown - without a crow. This implies that the events have been altered. Yukito has actually gone back in time, and returned reincarnate as a crow; he's not just having a vision of the past.

This further implies that it is possible to return to the past and relive the events of history in a slightly different manner. Which underscores the implication of the boy and girl on the beach in the final scene (and also the logo of the series, btw).

It's a happy ending, for those with eyes to see.]

Thanks for telling him that abunai. I was very annoyed when I read that spoiler that cell21 posted.

Wow this serie is amazing! Misuzu really captured my heart... It's wonderful to see how unselfish, innocent and undemanding a little child can be...and how easy it can be to be happy...I hope they'll release this serie in America soon, i'm sure looking foward to buy this serie Smile

spoiler[Now back to the serie... Yes i believe Yukito actually went back in time and start all over again, if you notice the part where Yukito came back to Misuzu and talked to her... and that's where he realised that he was happy simply by being close to her and being able to see her smile everyday...I can't never forget that part... it's so beautiful...that's where Yukito actually turns into a crow and start back at the first day he met Misuzu... except this time as a crow and this time he didn't leave her side till the very end...]

There's something that i'm not sure of though... spoiler[at the end of the movie where the two little kids hold hands...and we saw Yukito and Misuzi again... is that another beginning or a simple flash back?]

What a lovely serie... GAO Razz
