I'm having trouble finding or even placing a name of a song in SAC Anime cry

Its a song from the very first show almost at the very beginning its where The Major is about to jump a guy placing a bomb on an air duct

I think the song you're looking for is called "Stamina Rose".

Yes, it is "Stamina Rose," which is track #3 on the OST.
