I've heard about his work and i know his art is beautiful. But how about the stories? Some of his books are Plastic Little, Chirality, and Legend of Lemnear. I just wanna know if anyone bought any of these books.

Plastic Little the manga just plain sucks. Basically each chapter is a self contained short story focusing on a member of the crew. The stories are stupid and unoriginal. The art is just plain ugly.
Haven't read Chirality but the art seems to be much better than in Plastic Little. The story appears to be run of the mill stuff though. I only know Legend of Lemnear from the anime, which was a sore disappointment. However, I've heard the manga is much better than the anime version. |
