This clip of Magneto tearing up the Golden Gate bridge reminds me of a key scene in that film.

So because there's a random scene of a bridge blowing up, you think the director was inspired by Akira? Right.
Because Akira's the ONLY film in which a bridge blows up.

But then again I can't see the video, at first I didn't realize Gatsu started this thread so I give him the benefit of the doubt. I would have overlooked just about anyone else. |

Alex: It's the angles used and the fact that there are people running off of it and getting knocked off which are uniquely similar.
