We've known about this for a while (didn't ANN cover it before?), but yes. While Keroro certainly lends itself to flash-quality animation, it's still usually a lot more interesting to have it be a full-fledged anime. I just hope it's got the flare it's always had. Or rather, that it had every time it didn't just repeat jokes and premises in later episodes. =P
