Is that Seitokai Yakuindomo the first or second season? Have to figure it's the second (ie, Winter 2014).

Also, pleasant surprise to see fans turn out for a Kaleido Star box.

It's the 2nd season. The name is Seitokai Yakuindomo*. Yes, the "*" is the only difference in name between the seasons. Laughing

Since the anime went in a different direction than the manga and had it's own original ending I'm not betting on a sequel unless it's a reboot.

And I'm not sure if it warrants a reboot since most of them are either REALLY popular (Neon Genesis Evangelion/ FMA) or old but the source material is still doing well (Hunter X Hunter / Jojo's Bizarre Adventure).

I could be wrong on that second point but eh it's japan so you never know with these things.

Agreed. I need more Tsundere Heavy Cruiser action in my life.

Gundam just wiped the floor this week. Those sales!

The Gundam dvd/blue ray sales are unreal. I wasn´t a fan of the writing or the ending but The Origin is comming. Can´t wait. I hope that the next ova will do half as well.

Of a total of 178,075 BD, 137,181 were Gundam and that's about 76.97% of the sales.

Count me in on wanting more Arpeggio. Rather surprised its doing as well as it is, but it makes me pretty happy. And as someone else said, its nice that the Kaleido Star set charted.

Glad to see Gundam cleaning up. Unicorn was easily the best the franchise has seen in well over a decade, and while it stumbled here and there (including in this finale), when it succeeded it goddamn soared. Here's hoping future productions can match its ambition and its success.
