Hmm, that's kind of a difficult question... I'll let Tempest have the final word on this, but personally I think copyrighted characters are fine. I doubt that anime companies would have any problems with that, much less if the characters are on fan-created skins and not the official default skin. They'd really have to be *looking* for trouble. In the worst possible case, we get a C&D letter and delete the skin. But I doubt that would ever happen.

Theoretically we'd be legally required to request permission. But Dan is quite right in pointing out that since it isn't a part of the default skin, and is fan made, they'd really need to be looking for trouble if they made us get rid of it.
