i wonder does this mean that the game will be on all consoles including the 3DS and Vita. i mean i would have to considering its the game's swan song.

As much as I love the franchise, I've no money to get it brand new at release. I'll have to wait until it goes down in price, IF it's coming out on previous gen consoles.
